Marcus Regueira

During more than 25 years of international capital markets experience, Marcus Regueira represented many multinational and Brazilian corporations in merger and acquisition transactions and joint ventures. He previously served as a director and vice president of investment banking, underwriting and capital markets groups at financial institutions in Brazil and the United States. Marcus is an Advisory Board Member of the Brazilian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association and served as its president from 2006 to 2008. He is also founder and board member of Instituto Hartmann Regueira, a not-for-profit organization devoted to impact investing management and governance in Brazil, and a board member at C.E.S.A.R.
