Luke Pais

Luke Pais is a Partner in EY and leads its Corporate Finance practice in Singapore. He has led transaction teams on a number of strategic M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions. He has worked on more than 300 transactions to date in various capacities including lead advisory, due diligence and valuation representing both buy side as well as sell side. Most of these transactions are across the ASEAN region. Luke leads EY’s private equity activities in Asia. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has extensive M&A experience.
