Clay Callan

Clay Callan is a Director in the Private Equity Strategy and Operations Team at Highland Capital Management, L.P. Prior to joining Highland in August 2006, Mr. Callan worked as a Senior Director at Cardinal Health and Vice President at private equity backed Simplicity Manufacturing Incorporated. Mr. Callan has experience in a range of industries including pharmaceuticals, automotive, aerospace, and industrial equipment. He has a proven track record of leading profit improvement efforts in challenging business environments.
