William Bundy, AlixPartners

William adopts a hands-on management approach to lead organizations through large scale M&A transactions, including carve-outs and separations. William is an expert in leading complex operations and strategic revitalization programs which emphasize efficient organizational design and effective execution. He works to identify and implement solutions to overcome the most challenging problems through insightful analytics and an effective change management process. He has 19 years of experience in M&A transactions, merger-integrations, carve-outs/spin-offs, operational improvement, and organizational restructurings. Will has extensive experience leading large, global programs with multiple stakeholders. Prior to AlixPartners, he was a COO at a large business services firm and consulted with Bain and Company, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and general performance improvement. William is a graduate of the US Naval Academy and the Wharton School of Business. He served as a nuclear engineer onboard fast attack submarines.
