In May 2020, Brandon was selected as a senior analyst in RSM’s cutting-edge Industry Eminence Program, which positions its senior analysts to understand, forecast and communicate economic, business and technology trends shaping the industries RSM serves. These senior analysts advise clients on conditions influencing middle market leaders. Brandon’s focus is on the financial services industry. Summary of experience Brandon has more than ten years of experience servicing clients. In his role, Brandon supervises audit, review, and consulting engagements for mid-sized, owner-managed companies as well as public SEC filers. Brandon serves as the primary point of contact for clients during engagements. He is responsible for managing the engagement team, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded and ensuring that work performed is of the highest quality. Brandon currently focuses on servicing clients in the specialty finance industry. This includes companies in the sub-prime space including payday, direct, sales-finance and commercial lenders as well as debt buyers and title lenders. Brandon also has extensive experience with public filers including 144A public offerings, S-4 registration statement filings, SAS 100 quarterly reviews and Form 10-K and 10-Q filings. Brandon has extensive experience working with private equity groups on many buy-side transaction due diligence consulting engagements.
