Stephen Cella, Principal, joined Sun Capital in 2012. Prior to joining Sun Capital, he served as a Research Associate in the Principal Investing Group and an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group of Wells Fargo Securities, where he structured, executed, and invested in high yield credit and corporate financings including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and restructurings. Mr. Cella received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University and his Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
