Andrew Jenkins, RSM

Andy is RSM's National Healthcare Transaction Advisory Leader and serves as the lead partner in assisting buyers and sellers of middle market healthcare companies through M&A transactions. Andy has more than 17 years of experience in public accounting, including 13 years in mergers and acquisitions assisting private equity and strategic clients on over 200 transactions (including approximately 100 healthcare). His comprehensive M&A experience includes advising clients on buy and sell side due diligence, complex cave-outs and divestitures, net working capital settlements and dispute resolution, earn-out disputes and general business consulting. Andy has spent his entire career at RSM including 5 years as an auditor before joining the Transaction Advisory Services Group.
