Darío Durán

Dario Durán co-founded Altra in 2005 after 14 years of operational, private equity investing, and consulting experience in the Andean region. Durán previously served as investments vice president of Valores Bavaria (now Valorem), the largest industrial conglomerate in Colombia. Durán currently serves on the Boards of Digitex, Colfrigos, Proenfar, PetroTiger, Semiglo, TermoYopal, CrediQ, as well as Team and Grupo Luker, two of the largest industrial conglomerates in Colombia’s food and consumer goods industry, and Colegio Los Nogales, a private school in Bogotá.
