Brodie Ruland

Senior Vice President and Northeast Region Head of Investments, Capital Investments, ASB Real Estate Investments

Mr. Ruland oversees and is responsible for ASB’s Northeast region, including all new investment activity and management of existing assets. He is a member of ASB’s Management Committee and Investment Committee and has closed over $1 billion in transactions across various property types, including retail, multi-family, office, and industrial. Prior to joining ASB in 2008, Mr. Ruland was a Navy Supply Corps Officer assigned to the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program. There, he was primarily responsible for underwriting and due diligence of new real estate and capital project investments for the Program’s R&D laboratories. Mr. Ruland is a member of the Zell Lurie Real Estate Center of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the Urban Land Institute. He received a BBA from Loyola University in Maryland and an MBA from the Wharton School where he was a Leadership Venture Fellow.
