Adam Dolder

Mr. Adam B. Dolder serves as Managing Director and Head-Private Equity at Great Point Partners LLC. Mr. Dolder is the Founder and Partner at Noble Capital Partners. He worked as an Associate at J.P. Morgan Partners, LLC (JPMP), where Mr. Dolder spent six years investing in small and medium sized businesses. During his tenure at JPMorgan Partners, he invested in 10 companies accounting for over $900 million of invested capital. He has been Vice President of the Surviving Corporation at American Surgical Holdings, Inc. since March 23, 2011. Prior to JPMP, he worked in JPMorgan Securities Mergers & Acquisitions group for three years, where he advised large corporations in acquisition and divestiture transactions, corporate finance strategies and the development of corporate strategy. He serves as a Director of BNN Holdings Corp. (formerly known as Biotronic NeuroNetwork, LLC). He serves as a Director of American Surgical Assistance, Inc., VitaLink Research, LLC, Cadent Inc. and Aris Teleradiology LLC. Mr. Dolder is a Board Observer of DJ Orthopedics, MedQuest Associates, Jetro JMDH Holdings and MetoKote Corporation. He has been a Director of Softbox Systems, Ltd since July 2014. He serves on the Chairman of board of Pacific Child & Family Associates, LLC. He has been a Director of American Surgical Holdings, Inc. since March 23, 2011. Mr. Dodler served as a Director of Connecture, Inc. from August 16, 2012 to December 29, 2014. He served as a Director of Caprion Proteomics, Inc. Mr. Dodler holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and a B.S., cum laude in Business from the Calloway School of Business & Accountancy and Wake Forest University.
