David F. Mullen is the chief executive officer and head of private equity of North America at HSBC Capital (Canada) Inc. He is also the head of private equity of North America at HSBC Capital (USA) Inc. Mullen joined HSBC Capital (Canada) in 1994 and is based at the firm’s Vancouver office. He was appointed the chief executive officer in 1995 and head of private equity of North America in August 2003.
