Mathew Talcoff

Matt is a partner in RSM’s tax practice. He has over 21 years of experience assisting clients with tax compliance and planning, transaction advisory services, and utilizing his extensive tax, business, and financial management experience to assist companies with streamlining, integrating, and automating their tax and financial accounting, compliance, research, and knowledge management systems. Matt has significant experience working with both public and privately held companies. Prior to joining RSM, Matt was a partner at Caturano and Company. Matt was also previously the director of tax at Braver PC. He had a successful 17 year career at Ernst & Young where he served many New England based businesses that operated in multiple states and foreign locations with their federal, state, international and FAS 109 tax needs.
