Jeff Bistrong

Mr. Bistrong founded and heads the Technology, Media & Telecom Group of Harris Williams, and his banking career spans almost three decades at the firm. and BancBoston Robertson Stephens. He has led M&A advisory assignments for software, SaaS, IT services, internet, digital media, telecommunications, and technology hardware companies, and in verticals including healthcare IT, financial technology, energy and power, transportation & logistics, and not for profit. Mr. Bistrong has extensive cross-border transaction experience in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Early in his career, Mr. Bistrong was a member of the Multinational Banking Group and the automotive industry portfolio manager at BankBoston. He earned dual M.B.A. and M.A. Asian Studies degrees from the University of Michigan, studied Politics at the University of York and received a B.A. degree in Government from Colby College.
