Tom Leyden

Tom has more than 13 years of experience in the real estate and construction industries. He has been involved in all facets of his clients' businesses, including audit and assurance services, tax, management and financial consulting. His primary responsibility is to direct the audit team's daily responsibilities, overseeing planning and delivery of audit services. In addition, Tom is a firm-designated internal control specialist, responsible for assisting engagement teams in understanding and testing complex computerized accounting and internal control systems. His experience in the real estate and construction industries includes working with owners, operators and investors in office buildings, shopping centers, multifamily and multiuse properties, large real estate funds investing in commercial and residential properties, developers of commercial and residential properties and general contractors and construction managers.
