Amy Boyle

Amy Boyle is a Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer of GTIS and is responsible for fund accounting and reporting, treasury management, taxation, financing and structuring activities. She also oversees GTIS’ compliance program and the financial activities of the firm’s management company. Ms. Boyle has over 15 years of real estate financial management experience. Prior to joining GTIS, Ms. Boyle was the Chief Financial Officer of three publicly registered real estate investments trusts advised by American Realty Capital. She also served as Chief Financial Officer for Clarion Partners' flagship real estate fund, the Clarion Lion Properties Fund. Prior to joining Clarion Partners, she served as Vice President and Controller at GTIS from 2006-2009. Ms. Boyle has also held other positions at Clarion Partners prior to 2006 including positions in the finance and portfolio managements groups and began her career as an auditor for a Boston-based public accounting firm, Feeley & Driscoll, PC.
