Jamie Hutchinson

Jamie Hutchinson is a partner in the firm’s Private Equity Group, as well as a member of its Technology and Emerging Companies Practice. Mr. Hutchinson has extensive experience advising private equity, growth equity and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies in a wide variety of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, and growth equity financings. Mr. Hutchinson has considerable expertise in structuring and executing secondary sale and private liquidity programs for late stage private companies and growth equity investors. Mr. Hutchinson served on the firm’s Executive Committee. Mr. Hutchinson is a key contributor to the Goodwin Founders Workbench, an online resource for start-ups, emerging companies and the entrepreneurial community. He joined Goodwin in 2006.
