Ravi Sachdev joined CD&R in 2015. Previously, he served as a Managing Director and Co-head of Healthcare Services at J.P. Morgan and held similar positions at Deutsche Bank and Peter J. Solomon Company, advising senior healthcare company executives on strategic initiatives, M&A and capital markets. Sachdev has advised a wide range of healthcare transactions, including CD&R’s acquisition of PharMEDium and sale of AssuraMed.
