Carol Lapidus
Partner, Head of Consumer Products, RSM
Lapidus is partner and managing director of RSM in New York, and leads the firm’s national Consumer Products industry. Lapidus has more than 27 years of accounting and consulting experience in the retail and consumer goods industries. She is a member of the AICPA Council, which determines programs and policies for more than 300,000 members. Lapidus also is an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants where she has held various leadership roles and chaired multiple committees, several leadership conferences and retail accounting conferences.
