John Livingston

Livingston is chief executive of AECOM Capital for AECOM, a fully integrated infrastructure and support services firm with the ability to design, build, finance, and operate infrastructure assets globally. He leads AECOM Capital, focusing on public-private partnerships, direct investment in real estate projects and using the company's balance sheet to provide credit support to developers. He is also responsible for deal development and execution as well as managing the fund and optimizing investments during the construction and operational phases of each project. He is also a member of AECOM's executive leadership team at the enterprise level. Previously, Livingston had a successful tenure at Tishman Realty & Construction, including being named president of Tishman Urban Development Corporation, and later, president of Tishman Construction Corporation. Tishman Construction merged with AECOM in 2010, and Mr. Livingston was named chief executive of AECOM's construction services business line. Livingston is also an adjunct professor for Columbia University's School of Business and for its master's in real estate program.
