Philip McAndrews
Senior Managing Director and CIO, TIAA-CREF
McAndrews is a senior managing director and CIO of global real estate for the TIAA-CREF organization. He is responsible for TIAA’s real estate operations and is a member of the TH Real Estate Executive Committee, a global real estate JV between TIAA-CREF and Henderson Investors. Previously, he was head of global real estate transactions and joint ventures, and has also served in several other senior real estate investment positions, including the head of global real estate portfolio management and portfolio manager of the TIAA Real Estate Account.
McAndrews received a B.S. in finance from The State University of New York and a J.D. from the University of Toledo.
