Belford, equity owner and managing director, is the lead portfolio manager for Clarion Partners’ flagship fund. He also has oversight of the firm’s investment initiatives in Brazil. Previously, he was an acquisitions leader for the firm, completing more than $3.5B in real estate transactions across a broad range of strategies. His background includes all aspects of investment management—acquisitions, asset management, leasing and operations, financing and sales—for assets of all property types and risk strategies totaling over $5B.
