James Corl
Head of Real Estate, Siguler Guff
Corl joined Siguler Guff in 2009 as head of real estate. He is the portfolio manager of Siguler Guff's Distressed Real Estate Opportunities Funds and oversees the real estate investment team. The firm's real estate commitments take the form of direct investments (co-investments) and fund investments that focus on interests in various types of commercial property in the U.S. and Europe. These investments span both public and private markets and both debt and equity structures. Corl is a member of the investment committees for various funds.
