Patrick Kanters

Patrick Kanters (Dutch) joined the Global Real Estate division of APG Asset Management in 2005. Prior to joining APG, Kanters spent 11 years with ING Real Estate. Based in APG’s Amsterdam office, Kanters is responsible for all the company’s real estate and infrastructure holdings. These holdings are concentrated in securities of publicly traded real estate and infrastructure companies and selected private entities, funds and co-investments in Europe, the Americas and the Asia Pacific region.
Patrick is also a member of the board of Steen & Strom, the leading Scandinavian shopping centre investor, operator and developer. In addition, he is member of the Executive Board of the European Public Real Estate Association. He has an MSc in Real Estate, Project Management & Housing from Delft University of Technology and a postdoctoral degree in Real Estate from the University of Amsterdam.
