Ofer Yardeni

Ofer Yardeni is Co-Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Stonehenge Partners. Mr. Yardeni has over 25 years of experience in the real estate business concentrating in the commercial and multifamily real estate sectors in New York. He has completed over $4 billion in real estate transactions during his career and continues to be active in acquiring and managing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets including commercial, retail and residential properties. Mr. Yardeni was born in Israel and received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Tel Aviv University in 1985. In 1986, Mr. Yardeni launched his real estate career as a real estate salesperson at a New York brokerage firm. He later received his broker’s license and founded Yardeni Investments, which focused on representing owners in the buying and selling of retail, residential, and commercial properties in Manhattan. In the early 1990’s, Mr. Yardeni co-founded Stonehenge Partners and has acquired a current portfolio of Manhattan-based properties with an aggregate of approximately 27 properties which includes over 3,000 residential apartments, 604,191 square feet of retail & commercial space and 158,838 square feet of garage space. Mr. Yardeni is an active member of numerous charitable and professional organizations including the Real Estate Board of New York, PREA, Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association, and Community Housing Improvement Program. He also sits on the advisory board of a prominent New York real estate company and has served as a lecturer for New York University's Real Estate Master's Program. He is also a frequent guest on the Stoler Report, New York's only weekly real estate television program featuring prominent real estate professionals who assess real estate trends in the Tri-State Region.
