Ron Zeff

Ron Zeff founded Carmel Partners in 1996 and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Zeff is responsible for all aspects of property acquisition, development, financing, management, investor relations and capital formation. In addition, he is the Chairman of Carmel Partners’ Investment Committee. Prior to forming Carmel Partners, Mr. Zeff joined Trammell Crow Residential in San Francisco in 1988 and was promoted to Partner in 1989. A native of Denver, Mr. Zeff received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mr. Zeff is a member of the Executive Committee of the National Multi Housing Council.
