Ethan Penner has enjoyed a highly distinguished 30-year career in real estate finance and investments, notably as the founder and CEO of Capital America, a subsidiary of Nomura Securities. Most recently, Mr. Penner founded CBRE Capital Partners, a real estate debt investment management platform with investor commitments of approximately $650 million, and served as its President. He was also President of Kennedy Wilson and Principal with Lubert Adler, both real estate investment management firms.
