Roy Schneiderman

Mr. Roy Schneiderman has provided real estate consulting services since 1984.
Prior to founding Bard Consulting in 2001, Mr. Schneiderman was a partner for Sedway Group (which was acquired by CB Richard Ellis in 1999). He earlier worked as a real estate consultant at Deloitte, a global accounting and consulting firm.
His particular areas of expertise include real estate investment analysis, quantitative analysis, asset and manager workouts, investment manager due diligence, development feasibility, real estate investment strategy formation, land-oriented investment strategies, and real estate litigation.
