UPS: REITs “Hands Down” Best Performer

For UPS’s $1.7B real estate portfolio, REITs have been “hands down” the best performer, closely followed by core investments, says portfolio manager Greg Spick. Value-added and opportunistic funds “significantly lagged” behind, he says, thanks to fees and unfunded commitments.
