Privcap Media’s inaugural Real Estate Game Change event, held Nov. 3 at Chicago’s Gleacher Center, was a resounding editorial and networking success, drawing some 180 attendees for a full day of learning and mingling.

With speakers from organizations such as Colony Capital, Dune Real Estate Partners, LaSalle Investment Management, UPS, Exelon, TIAA-CREF, Clarion Partners, Greystar, Townsend Group, and RCLCO, among many others, the conference explored the game-changing trends set to transform the institutional real estate asset class.

The globalization of capital flows and the new fundraising landscape, the impact of the cloud on office use, and how institutional investors are future-proofing their real estate portfolios were among the topics broached to Real Estate Game Change attendees, who were also asked to rethink long-term investment strategies across all real estate food groups.
