Turner Impact Capital’s Bobby Turner says the only way to secure education in charter schools is to achieve profit for investors. So far, the Turner-Agassi Charter School Facilities Fund—a joint venture with Agassi Ventures, from tennis legend Andre Agassi—has delivered 11 percent returns to investors as they continue to build more seats for charter school students throughout the United States.
