Mark Harris

Mark A. Harris is chair of Jenner and Block's Private Equity Practice and a member of the firm's Management Committee. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities, start-up and general corporate matters, with special emphasis on private equity portfolio companies and sponsor groups. Mr. Harris is highly regarded for his work in the healthcare sector. He represented Merge Healthcare in its acquisitions of AMICAS and Ophthalmic Imaging Systems and several other transactions; handled various corporate matters for CoverMy Meds and Navicure; advised Health Care Service Corporation regarding its investment in Bloom Health Corporation and other acquisitions; and represented Munich Re in its acquisition of the Windsor Health Group.
