David Tegeler

Tegeler is a partner in the corporate department and global co-head of the private investment funds group. He is also co-chair of the firm’s business development committee. He concentrates on representing private investment funds in a broad range of matters, including fund formations, buy- and sell-side secondary transactions, direct secondary transactions, restructurings, and governance issues. He also has a substantial practice representing U.S. and non-U.S. institutional investors and investment advisors in their investments in all types of private investment funds.
