Scott Foushee

Foushee has nearly 20 years of experience in emerging markets private equity. He is currently a managing partner of EM Strategic Partners, which is focused on formation of strategic partnerships with earlier-stage emerging market GPs. Previously, Foushee was a managing director of AIG Investments. He has also served as a director with the Barents Group, and has substantial operating experience in the manufacturing sector including as a plant manager of a specialty steel mill. Foushee began his career as the seventh employee of Bain Capital, where he helped develop the firm’s differentiated and rigorous investment analysis.
