Byers, who has led Ernst & Young’s Southwest Transaction Advisory Services practice for three years, is now managing partner of EY’s Houston office. She has served in the firm’s southwest region for her entire 27-year career and brings valuable perspective to the role of Houston Managing Partner. Byers previously served as the oil and gas sector leader for EY’s Americas tax practice and is part of the firm’s Houston-based Energy Center of Excellence. She is a certified public accountant in the state of Texas.
