Mark B. Florian joined First Reserve in 2008 to lead First Reserve’s energy infrastructure fund. Mr. Florian’s responsibilities include investment origination, structuring, execution, monitoring and exit strategy, focusing on the energy infrastructure sector. Prior to joining First Reserve, Mr. Florian was a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Goldman Sachs’ Public Sector and Infrastructure Department, managing its Infrastructure Investment Banking business, and was on the Investment Committee for Goldman Sachs Infrastructure Partners.
