Darius Lilaoonwala
Global Head of Equity for the Infrastructure & Natural Resources, IFC
Darius Lilaoonwala is currently the Global Head of Equity for the Infrastructure & Natural Resources sectors at the International Finance Corporation. IFC is the private sector financing arm of the World Bank Group. During fiscal year 2011, IFC provided $12.2 billion in debt and equity financing to over 500 projects in 102 developing countries. Darius has 23 years of experience of investing equity and mezzanine instruments and providing corporate and project finance in emerging markets. At IFC, he has worked on projects in the manufacturing, financial and infrastructure sectors across all developing countries.
