Gabriel Espana

Gabriel Espana leads the IFC’s Tourism, Retail and Property sector team in Latin America and the Caribbean region, as part of the Manufacturing, Agribusiness and Services global department, which is one the largest business units in IFC. He overhauled IFC’s strategies for Affordable Housing and Property Development and is helping to bolster IFC’s Green Building investments in Emerging Markets. Prior to joining IFC, Gabriel held senior positions in Investment Banking at Rothschild and Banamex/Citibank.
