Mitch Coddington is a Partner of EIF, its Chief Financial Officer, and a member of its Executive and Investment Committees. Mitch Coddington joined EIF in 1993 and is responsible for the Firm’s internal and external financial reporting, accounting, tax, information technology, and treasury matters, including the funds’ credit facilities. He has over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting and tax matters, with 25 of those years dedicated to private equity. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and a member of Financial Executives International, the Treasurers’ Club of Boston, the American Institute of CPAs and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
