Andrew Petering

Andrew Petering joined Wolseley in 2004 after many years experience in private equity and investment banking. Andrew has previously held executive roles at Equity Partners, UBS and Commonwealth Bank with experience in strategy development, acquisition negotiation and integration, financial structuring and organisational development. Andrew has investment experience across an extensive range of industries including infrastructure, healthcare, IT and telecommunications, contracting, manufacturing, franchising, transport, mining services and forestry. Andrew is author of the book “In the Driver’s Seat”, an explanatory text on private equity which was published in 2013.
