Prior to Morgan Stanley, Paul was the Chief Operating Officer for Citigroup’s Global Wealth Management Investment Products, which included Funds, Insurance, Annuities and Alternative Investments. He also served as the COO for GWM Alternative Investments following several years as the Director of Alternative Investments for Smith Barney.
