Sarah Kim represents Halyard on the Boards of Women’s Marketing, Inc and Digital Fortress and previously served on the Board of Engauge Marketing. Prior to joining Halyard, Sarah Kim was a Managing Director in BMO Capital Markets’ Media, Communications & Technology Group where she was responsible for structuring senior debt transactions and managing over $2 billion of Media, Communications & Technology senior debt portfolio. Sarah Kim has completed capital raising transactions for a diverse range of public and private companies in sectors that include cable, communications, B2B media, content/programming and business services.
