Michael O’Connor is an Operating Partner at Arsenal Capital Partners. Mr. O’Connor brings 20 years of CFO and COO positions in public and private equity companies, with a focus on high growth and management turnaround situations. Prior to joining Arsenal, Mr. O’Connor was the CFO and Treasurer of JB Poindexter, where he oversaw financial performance of six portfolio companies. Previously, Mr. O’Connor was the CFO and COO of several private equity backed companies in the manufacturing, distribution and consumer products spaces. Mr. O’Connor started his career at Deloitte & Touché.
