Gregory Smith

Gregory Smith brings to Brookfield Financial over 16 years experience in investment, operation, acquisition and financing of public and private infrastructure, real estate, and power & utility businesses. Most recently as President and Head of the infrastructure and specialized funds division to a global provider of banking, financial, advisory, investment and funds management services, he was responsible for the growth of the firm’s $4 billion infrastructure funds under management business in Canada, including the launch of Canada’s first dedicated Infrastructure Fund and the company’s first listed offshore infrastructure fund.
