Demet Ozdemir leads EY’s Private Transaction Support group in Turkey and also serves as Private Equity Leader for Turkey. Since the merger of EY and Arthur Andersen in September 2002, Ozdemir has specialized in corporate finance, advising clients on numerous M&A transactions, privatization projects and providing buy/sell side due diligence services for/on local and international companies and private equity houses.
