Cristiano Boccia is a managing director at the firm. He joined Graycliff’s predecessor firm, HSBC Capital in 2008. Prior to joining HSBC Capital, Cristiano was a vice president at AEA Investors, focusing on direct investments for its global middle market buyout fund. He also worked for Aetos Capital, an affiliate of AEA, in its private equity fund-of-funds business.
