Jerry Wu is a Principal Investment Officer and Climate Change Fund Lead with the Private Equity Funds Group of the IFC. Jerry joined IFC in 1999 where he was a structured finance specialist leading and structuring numerous structured finance transactions for IFC’s clients. Before joining IFC, Jerry worked with KPMG’s structured finance group based in Washington DC.
