John Roach is an experienced senior executive in the building products, natural resources, aerospace and management consulting industries. Most recently, he served as Executive Chairman of Unidare US, the North American wholesale distribution subsidiary of Unidare plc. Prior to Unidare, John was Chairman, CEO and Founder of Builders FirstSource, a company he founded and grew to over $2.0 billion of revenue, becoming the nation’s leading distributor of building products to production homebuilders. He also previously served as Chairman, President and CEO of Fibreboard Corporation as well as President of the Building Products and Mining Business and CFO of Johns Manville Corp.
